Brazilian Strawberry Chia Pudding

Super filling, high in calcium, protein and Omega 3s, it makes a very good and energizing mid-afternoon snack or breakfast. Try it with cashew milk, almond milk, sesame milk, as well as different fruits, and get different nutritional profiles and flavors!
Ingredients:
1 cup Mighty Brazil Nut Milk
1/4 cup strawberries
A bit of agave nectar, to taste
2 T chia seeds

Add to that sesame seeds, and you've got more bioavailable calcium than virtually anyone would get in a bowl of dairy and cooked cereal!
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2-4 T agave nectar
- 1-inch vanilla bean
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 t cinnamon
