Brazilian Strawberry Chia Pudding

If you like Brazil nuts, you will love this chia pudding! Super filling, high in calcium, protein and Omega 3s, it makes a very good and energizing mid-afternoon snack or breakfast. Try it with cashew milk, almond milk, sesame milk, as well as different fruits, and get different nutritional profiles and flavors!

Ingredients:

1 cup Mighty Brazil Nut Milk
1/4 cup strawberries
A bit of agave nectar, to taste
2 T chia seeds

Directions:

Blend the Brazil nut milk, strawberries and agave nectar until smooth. In a bowl, whisk in the chia seeds. Eat right away and set aside until the chia seeds have released their gel and you get the consistency of chia pudding.
