Sirova's mission is to provide you with fresh raw vegan products that you can trust.

Shipping

Due to Sirova's central location (Ames, Iowa), shipping times to US states are nearly always 3 days or less. Sirova ships orders for in-stock items in 2 business days or less.

Local pick-up is possible by appointment only. Please contact Sirova in advance to arrange a pick-up.

International shipping: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any other supplemental cost involved in shipping products to your country. Customs delays can add weeks to your delivery times, so keep this in mind. For now, Sirova only ships its products to the US.

Returns

Non-food products can be returned for a refund provided that the product is returned unopened and unused within 15 days of the order. Sirova will always reimburse you for return shipping costs on accepted returns due to a shipping mistake or defective product.

To ensure the safety and integrity of Sirova's food products, Sirova is only able to accept returns on food products under the following circumstances:

  • Freshness: Product arrived with less than two weeks remaining on its manufacturer's expiration date.
  • Our Mistake: Wrong product was shipped. Sirova will ship you the correct product, or offer you a full refund once you return the incorrectly shipped item. It is Sirova's policy to never resell food items once they leave the warehouse, so every effort is made to double-verify your shipment before sending it.
  • Product arrived damaged in shipping. Please note that you may need to cooperate with a claims process with the shipper your product was sent with for us to obtain a refund.
