Brazil Nut Milk

Brazil nut milk is super quick to make, as you don't need to soak the nuts like you would with almonds (although you can soak them if you want). Brazil nuts are full of selenium and other essential nutrients, and are an integral part of our diet at Sirova!

Ingredients: (serves 2-3)
- 1 cup Brazil nuts
- 3 cups water (or more for a thinner milk)
- 2 T agave nectar of a few dates to taste

Directions:
Blend all and strain through anut milk bag; not much pulp will be left. I found that it's much smoother if I use nuts straight from the freezer, rather than soaked overnight.

Fun and delicious add-ons:
- Cacao powder for a kid friendly chocolate milk,
- Maca Powder to heal our adrenals and balance our hormones,
- Lucuma Powder for extra smoothness and creaminess,
- Non-GMO lecithin for extra choline, important for children and pregnant women,
- ... anything you might like!
