Berries and Greens Smoothie

This is my favorite smoothie, I call it my candy smoothie because it's so sweet and delicious!

- 1 1/2 - 2 cups fresh ripe strawberries
- 2 fresh bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (I used organic)
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries (I used organic)
- 1 cup fresh spinach.. or more. Chard works well too. I use much more than that, but you may have to try with just a cup until you realize that greens just disappear in this!

Superfood add-ons:
- Hemp seeds

Add everything to the Vita-mix and blend until very smooth. Add a tiny bit of cold filtered water to make it a bit thinner, if you like. If your fruits are very cold, half a cup of water will help them blend more easily.

It's very sweet and fruity, and it's pretty much impossible to tell there are greens in it. It's a gorgeous deep reddish color.
