The difference between chia seeds and flax seeds

Flax seeds need to be ground in order to be fully digestible, but once ground, they only keep for a short amount of time before going rancid. Chia seeds do not need to be ground, and are easy to digest. They are also much richer in calcium. Both are high in fiber and in Omega 3s.
